This is a weekly chat about cookery
and recipes for the low-carb dieter;
the chat is on Thursday nights,
from 9-11pm, eastern time.

We have different topic each week,
ranging from holiday or seasonal recipes
to ethnic foods to specific meals,
products, or styles of cooking.

Each week after the chat,
the recipes will be posted at

When recipes are shared in the chat,
don't worry about copying them down,
as Magic will email you the recipes after the chat,
as well as post at the board.

Although in some other chats,
it might be considered bad Netiquette
to talk while a recipe is being shared,
in here, it's not!
Feel free to talk or ask questions during the recipes.
